Shipping
As of now we ship to the contiguous 48 US states.
Flat rate shipping prices are based on shipping 3.5lb rod holders, with packaging, via USPS.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship the following business day.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are used, appear to be tampered with, or were questionably mishandled may not be approved for a refund.
Are you available in stores?
Our rod holders are currently available for purchase at Dave's Outpost in Sunset Beach, Tradewinds Bait and Tackle on Ocracoke Island, and Hollenbach's Tide Chasers Bait and Tackle in Nags Head, NC.
